The social web is nothing if not full of predictions for social media in 2010. The topic is dear to many of us who have a vested interest in the future of social media. I myself have tried to refrain from this as a named topic, but have certainly alluded to the discussion on occasion. It is the end of the year, after all.
I love TrendSpotting’s “2010 Social Media Influencers – Trend Predictions in 140 Characters”. I am a huge fan of SlideShare presentations in general, and I love that the information was pulled from Twitter. The report itself maintains the 140 character format, and that’s what makes this one fun! After digesting countless pages, charts, and diagrams on the topic, this one was refreshing.
Below the presentation I’ve added a few of my own predictions in 140 characters or less. Take just a few minutes and leave yours in the comments. TrendSpotting has merely scratched the surface here. We can all come back next year and see how well we fared!
Your turn! Wit and wisdom both are welcome! What’s your take in 140 or less?
Jack will sleep through the night!
(sorry, that's all I can think of on 2 hours of sleep.) 😉
